Contact us up to 48 hours in advance of your planned visit and we'll send you a group pack giving you all the information you need to plan your visit and lots of information on other exciting things to do in the area.

Plus, if you present your group pack letter at the Customer Information Desk on the day you visit, you can collect a special 10% Discount Card for everyone on board your coach, entitling them to further discounts and special offers in selected stores for that day's visit.
